In instructional videos, activity sessions, and workbooks, Julia Shallcrass, an expert employment lawyer will guide you on how to comply with employment law obligations, while improving team performance and results.

Unlock your Leadership potential with this comprehensive coaching programme Leader’s Guide to Performance Management:

  • 4 dynamic modules delivered in bite-sized videos – with guaranteed viewing for at least 3 years, to be viewed at your own pace (estimated completion time: 4 hours).
  • Comprehensive workbooks with engaging activities, templates, checklists, and case studies.
  • Live group coaching (1.5 hours per week) at 11 am on Wednesdays in June or Thursdays in August. (Attendance at live group coaching is recommended but not compulsory).
  • Pre-recorded webinars (1 hour duration) for each module, can be viewed any time.

This course is designed for active participation with fellow people managers and team leaders.
