This practical six-month coaching series is designed to build your capability and confidence in managing people, performance, and legal risk.

You’ll gain essential leadership tools to motivate staff, delegate clearly, and manage underperformance, while also learning how to handle conflict, lead change, and navigate misconduct and disciplinary issues in line with employment law.

This course combines the four foundational coaching sessions from our flagship Leader’s Guide to Performance Management with five months of additional live sessions on key legal and leadership topics. Each month, you’ll join both a recorded webinar and a confidential coaching session to help you apply what you’ve learned to real-life management challenges.

Course Topics – Recorded Sessions (15 hours CPD)

Each recorded session runs for up to two hours and includes practical case studies, legal scenarios, and actionable tools you can use straight away.

1. Interviewing Skills
Avoid costly hiring mistakes by learning how to ask the right questions, assess team fit, and stay compliant with employment law.

2. Managing Different Generations
Build cohesive teams by understanding generational differences in communication, motivation, and expectations at work.

Note: The four performance management coaching sessions occur during the first month. The five leadership and legal topics are delivered from Months 2–6.
